C4C Weekend

A few weeks (weekend of the 19-21) ago Newel had the C4C (Challenge 4 Charity) weekend event. It's the big one, where all of the other schools (about 4 other schools) come to Stanford to compete in all sort of sports/events. It was fun, but I forgot to take pictures, even though I did manage to remember to bring the camera. I did find in the student files a picture of Newel playing volleyball. He also participated in the men's basketball competition. They won 1st place in both events. We also attended a couple of other activities.

I forgot to mention, we when we went to see Newel and his team play in the championship game, the game was halfway over, and Arden was so excited to see his daddy and the commotion of the people/game, he took off across the gym to hang out with his daddy. Arden was so excited, he started walking into the court and he almost got ran over. Luckily, the EMS guy was standing by Arden's path, and grabbed Arden just in time. He could have gotten seriously hurt. He was shaken up a bit, and I was too since I couldn't get to him in time since I was trying to set up our little area and I had Maya with me too. Having multiple children is definitely a tricky business.
