I need to back track. Part I was on Tuesday. On Wednesday, we went to a play date to see some of my friends...and of course I forgot my camera! It was great to see ya'll.One short story: At the play date, there was a little boy named Noah(who's about 31/2yrs. old), who pushed Maya to get a toy from her or something like that, I'm not sure. Anyways, it made Maya cry and upset. About a minute or two later we hear Noah crying. It turns out big brother Arden, went and pushed him back. I asked Arden, "What happened?"
"I pushed him," he responds.
"How come?"
"He pushed Maya," he answers as he's looking very serious and mad that his little sister got pushed.
So part of me is saying "YESSSS! Way to protect your little sister!" And part of me says, "Oops, he shouldn't be pushing."
I didn't quite know how to deal with the situation, so I just told him, "Well, may be next time you can use your words. And thank you for taking care of Maya."
At that moment he turns around and tells Noah, "don't push Maya."
I didn't want to punish him, since he was being protective...I know I would have done the same thing. Heck, I'm still protective of my brothers and they can take care of themselves just fine. I don't know if this was right or not, but inside I felt proud of how he cared for his sister. While we were in FL, there was some jealousy issues with Arden and Maya, he would push her and steal toys away from her, so this reassured me that he loves his baby sister, or as he calls her "my baby."
Ali, I'm sorry Arden pushed Noah...it was for a good cause =)

On part II of our trip, we hooked up with Suzanne and the kids. Arden was delighted to see them again.

Maya and Lilly also played so nicely together. Next time we go to FL, Maya and Lilly will be able to ride together on the rides. Mayita was too little to ride on stuff.

Ah, finally, we went to Dragonland. If you go to Dragonland you'll be there for the rest of your life. However, it was really cute to see the kids play in the water...and none of them got lost.
Arden really wanted to go on a roller coaster. There's only a few "adult" rides he can go on. As we were getting ready to go on a "big kid" ride, it started to pour...he was really sad. I guess we'll just have to go again, when visit FL.
Oh, since it was raining a lot, we said bye to Suzanne and kids, left the park, and headed over to Mia's house.
Jenny, graciously babysat the kids while the adults went to back to Busch Gardens at night. I had been looking forward to that all week long. It was a lot of fun. I love roller coasters and well, it was a real rush for me.
My friend Debbie also joined us. It was really fun to see her.

Can you tell what's behind us? It's a huge alligator! Thank goodness for protective glass cages...that thing could eat me in one bite.Ah, more adult interaction. After Busch Gardens, we went out to dinner, where we met up with Jenn and her husband (not pictured). By the time we got home it was after midnight, I was so tired, but it was worth it.
