Lazy Saturday

It wasn't quite lazy, but it was relaxing and fun. Our late morning started by going over to Papa JP's (JP and Jan are like second parents to Newel and his brother HB) house. Jan made us a yummy lunch, and then we went swimming.

Uncle HB was staying with JP and Jan for the weekend. Mayita really liked being held my Uncle B. Can you tell by the look on her face? She looked at me and it was like, "Mom, leave me alone, I'm chillin' with my uncle B." After a while, she finally decided to go swimming.

I think JP and Jan had a good time with us. We sure did. The only downside was that we ran out of time and were unable to hang out with them again. They're really great. We always have fun with them.

After swimming with them, we headed over to my Tia Dina's house, where our family was getting together for a little b-b-que. My Uncle Steve made some yummy burgers and we did more swimming.

And of course I had to subject my family into taking more pictures...this time, it was only some of the girls of the family. In the photo: my mom, my cousin Johanna, my Tia Dina, and Aunt Erina.
